About me
Hello friends!
I am Elias, the 20-year-old mechanical engineering student from Chalmers in Gothenburg. When I'm not throwing myself into the study books, I follow my passion that revolves around personal development. It's a journey that started when I move to Gothenburg in August 2022 and was met by lots challenges.

In my search for personal growth, I came across an extraordinary opportunity - to receive coaching from none other than legends in the field, Bob Proctor and Sandy Gallagher. An opportunity I will be eternally grateful for. Now, armed with all the information, I understand how valuable this is and how much it can elevate both personal and professional lives, I feel a burning desire to share this valuable knowledge and help you out there.
So, here I am, ready to guide you through the secrets I've been privy to. Don't hesitate to get in touch with questions, thoughts or maybe even to explore the possibilities of collaboration. Let's create a future of personal development and joint growth together!
Congratulations
My journey
Congratulations! And no, it's not because you accidentally ended up on my page, but because you're consciously seeking change and growth. Your presence here is like a powerful manifestation of your quest to grow! My own journey began in a similar way. In 2014, I came to Sweden unaccompanied, and was immediately met with enormous challenges. We can't control the challenges the we face but we can control how we manage it. Despite all the challenges I kept my head high and fought through. I am deeply grateful for the opportunities and help I received in this amazing country. Although I quickly learned the language and partially integrated into society, I constantly felt a clear contrast between what I had and what I really wanted. All my life I've achieved things I didn't necessarily strive for, and happiness was something I was always looking for. During this period, I was faced with questions about the meaning of life, how to find happiness, what potential I carried, what separates a successful person from one who is not, and much more. The answers only started to take shape when I moved to Gothenburg and met amazing people who had already walked the path I wanted to walk. For that I am eternally grateful! For me, my whole life was a journey where statements about what I couldn't do permeated everything - both at school and from those around me. Over time, I began to believe these claims, and it had a negative impact when I came to Gothenburg and started university. Whether it was making friends, studying, or just being happy, my perspectives were tinged with negativity. After five months at the university, I was close to giving up, but the change found me – or rather, I manifested it myself. This change came in the form of a personal development course with Bob Proctor and Sandy Galghager. For me, as a 20-year-old student, diving into personal development felt almost taboo. In the society we live in today, we are often asked to hide our feelings and weaknesses, and seeking advice from others can sometimes be seen as a sign of weakness. However, unlike when we buy a machine and receive an instruction manual to understand how to use the machine in the proper way, we lack the instruction to understand and use our own body correctly. If we don't know how to use our body correctly, some things can seem impossible. When I entered the course "Thinking into Results" I expected change. During these six months I learned things about ourselves that around 90% of us are not aware of, even though it is about us. Understanding ourselves is critical because we are the ones who shape the outcomes and results in our life. My journey has only just begun, and I am grateful that you are here. You can now start your own journey towards what you really want. Because the only thing that sets the limits of what you can achieve is yourself, and I tell you: You are capable of anything. You are no more or less than anyone else. Let's explore the possibilities together and create the future you deserve. If you recognize yourself in any of this, if you've felt inadequate or thought there was more to life for you, you're not alone. We all have our unique journeys, but the opportunity for change and growth is always there. What do you say, are you ready to start your journey?
The mind
-
Here are all information that we receive from either outside us or thoughts we create ourself.
-
Moreover, this part produces them 5% of our overall result in our life.
-
This part has the power to decide and reject ideas/information.
-
Here is our programming which consists of our habits and beliefs that we have received genetically as well as from our environment when we were kids.
-
The remaining 95% of our results come from programming that we are not aware of.
-
This part cannot reject, it accepts everything it receives and it does not know the difference between reality and imagination.

The Secret to Success
To achieve success, we must understand ourselves, our abilities and how we function. The key word here is MIND. The mind is the fundamental factor that enables everything we strive for, both in the physical and spiritual worlds. Unfortunately, only a fraction of the us human truly understands what the mind is. In 1934, Dr. created Thurman Fleet what is now called stick person to illustrate the mind and give us a visual representation. Since the mind is not a physical entity, Dr. Fleet created an image to facilitate understanding. It is of the utmost importance that we understand the mind in order to create the desired results. In the illustration, the large circle represents the mind and the small circle the body. Then the mind is divided into the conscious and subconscious. It is through our conscious mind that all our results begin to take root before manifesting in the physical world. In order to shape our future and achieve desired outcomes, we must have a deeper insight into how our conscious thought process influences our actions and thereby shapes our reality. Understanding the mind is the key to creating successful results and a meaningful existence. If you aim to achieve new results, the process follows the following steps: First of all, it requires you to mentally visualize the desired outcome with your conscious mind. You should see yourself living and acting as if you have already achieved this result. By making decisions and acting in a way that is consistent with the desired outcome, you raise your vibration. It is a process that needs to be repeated enough times for the desired belief to become entrenched in your subconscious mind. Once it's there, it becomes a habit, and your body reacts according to your new habits. By doing so, you change your actions and see changes in your results. A common mistake is that people focus only on the external results and try to consciously force themselves to perform the actions they believe will lead to the new results. They skip the step where the overall idea has to take root in the subconscious mind. This makes the process significantly more demanding on our mental and energy, because we are forcing our body and it creates resistance and hard for us to achieve our goal. Which leads to as soon as they mentally lose their focus on forcing the body, the body stops reacting. This is why people start something but can't finish it. If we follow the process in the right way, it will be easier and more enjoyable. It becomes as natural as checking the mobile as soon as it rings. It develops into a habit, and the body is controlled by your subconscious mind which consists of habits and beliefs. Whatever is in the subconscious mind doesn't need to be reminded, it is on autopilot. The problem is that most of us have negative habits and beliefs rooted in our subconscious, often unaware of their existence. Since 95% of our results originate from the subconscious, a frustration is created when our full potential does not come to the surface. And we feel like we're the victims in our own life. Here comes your first action towards your goal: Read this text as many times as you can, at least 10 times to really understand and see your life change towards something better. Repetition is the key, because you may understand the text on a conscious level, but with the help of repetition, it ends up in your subconscious and then everything changes for you. Good luck!
